Governance and authority
AI should not silently spend your sales capacity.
OutboundFix can act only in a system, and on fields, it has been explicitly granted. In the HubSpot loop that is four company properties and nothing else.
An integration such as Clay can bring an account and its data into a decision. It cannot supply the verdict or widen authority: a Clay connection holds no authority to act at all.
The HubSpot loop is built to run under human approval: a named reviewer approves, rejects, defers or escalates each write-back. Autonomous action is not enabled.
A write-back carries the Decision Record ID and the policy version, so every action traces to the exact decision, evidence and policy behind it.
Policies are versioned and every record names the version that produced it. In the governed loop, a workspace's first policy is proposed, approved by a different person and only then activated.
When evidence cannot be gathered or verified, no PASS or KILL is issued. A failed or timed-out step is never retried blindly.
The HubSpot decision loop with its human approval step, and the Clay account intake, are built and tested. They are not active for any customer yet. Team access, more than one active policy and other integrations are scoped per customer, not self-serve features.
