Product

The decision layer between GTM data and GTM action.

OutboundFix answers one question per account: does this deserve sales capacity right now? When the research completes, the answer is a verdict with its evidence, counter-evidence and uncertainty. It is never a bare score.

How it decides

The decision chain

Ten steps from signal to re-evaluation. Seven are part of the workspace today. Three belong to the HubSpot decision loop, which is built and tested but not active for any customer yet.

  1. Signal

An account enters for a decision: a company domain you submit.

    In the workspace today
  2. Evidence

Observations are gathered from the account's own official website, each with its source page.

  3. Counter-evidence

The research looks for what weakens or disqualifies the case, not only what confirms it.

  4. Uncertainty

What is still unknown is named as unresolved. It is never averaged into a number.

  5. Decision argument

Evidence, counter-evidence and uncertainty are set against each criterion and disqualifier of your policy, and the result is recorded with the decision.

  6. Verdict

A deterministic runtime issues PASS, RESEARCH_MORE or KILL. AI gathers evidence; it never decides.

  7. Authority

Who may act on the decision, in which system and on which fields, is granted explicitly.

  8. Governed action

After human approval, the verdict, record ID, policy version and reason codes are written to the CRM company record.

  9. Observed outcome

In the HubSpot loop, what happened commercially is recorded against the decision that preceded it. The web workspace does not record outcomes.

  10. Re-evaluation

New evidence or a new policy version produces a new Decision Record that supersedes the old one. The old one is never edited.

RESEARCH_MORE

Decision context: prioritize accounts with an active need for a sales operations platform.

Evidence / 01
  • A dedicated sales operations team supports multiple regions.

Provenance: official site, company page
bracken-vale.example/company

Counter-evidence / 02
  • The company reports a recent rollout of its current sales platform.

Provenance: official site, about page

Unresolved dimension
Is the team evaluating a replacement or expansion? Buying timing remains unconfirmed.
Reason for verdict
Operating fit is supported, but the recent rollout challenges near-term need. More evidence is needed before assigning seller attention.
Next action
Validate the current platform gap and evaluation timing.

What the core owns, and what it leaves to your stack

OutboundFix owns

  • Commercial judgment
  • Evidence-backed decisions
  • Decision lineage
  • Policy
  • Authority
  • Governed action
  • Re-evaluation

OutboundFix does not own

  • CRM
  • Workflow builder
  • Sales engagement platform
  • Data warehouse
  • Generic dashboard platform

Data and enrichment systems find and enrich accounts. OutboundFix decides which accounts deserve sales capacity. CRM, SDR and GTM systems execute.

OutboundFix is not an AI SDR, generic lead generation, a CRM, a workflow builder, a generic GTM platform or “more activity” software. It is not a lead database, an enrichment tool, a sales engagement platform or another scoring product either. See where it fits with the tools you already run.

Product model

Service as software

OutboundFix is service as software: it does the commercial-decision work itself. It gathers the evidence, argues the case against your policy, issues the verdict and keeps the record. You do not operate a research tool or build a workflow to get a decision.

Today that work starts when you submit accounts in the web workspace. The path in which it runs from your existing stack, with nobody opening a workspace, is built and not yet active.

Beyond outbound

Where a verdict goes to work

Use PASS to prioritize seller attention, RESEARCH_MORE to focus the next research step, and KILL to exclude accounts with a confirmed disqualifier. Apply that judgment across sales targeting, market prioritization, research resolution and GTM activation. See the use cases.
